This ‘Midday’ white dial watch is from the Seiko Presage Sharp Edged collection, inspired by ancient and modern Japanese design. It features a new case design with mirror finishing on both lug sides along with a striking new two-layered dial.
This timepiece is powered by the new “open heart” 6R38 movement, the first semi-transparent structured 6R calibre with 70 hours of power reserve.
The dials on Presage Sharp Edged timepieces feature a traditional Japanese pattern designed to bring growth and success. This angular ancient hemp print has been seen in Japanese artisan objects since the Heian period (794-1185) and features on textiles and interior styles.
